✅ Set Realistic Expectations

 

As teachers, we often set high standards for ourselves — sometimes to a fault. It's easy to get caught up in the desire to finish everything perfectly, but that's an impossible goal. The end of the school year isn’t about wrapping everything up in a flawless bow. Instead, focus on what’s truly important: completing the essential tasks and giving your students a meaningful, positive ending.
