Mike Roberts Times 10 Author

Mike Roberts is an award-winning middle school educator, earning national, state, and local recognition for his outstanding teaching. He recently added the role of instructional coach to his daily routine, in addition to serving as an English teacher for the past twenty years. 

Beyond the classroom, he has authored three books, Hacking Classroom Management: 10 Ideas to Help You Become the Type of Teacher They Make Movies About (2017). He has been a featured columnist in English Journal. Additionally, he has served as a speaker at dozens of state, regional, and national conferences, where he focuses his talks on classroom management, teacher wellness, and effective relationship-building. 

Mike also teaches college classes focused on classroom management and literacy in the content areas. He loves sharing his ideas with others, and he always feels honored when people actually show up to hear him speak.
