Connie Hamilton Times 10 Author

Connie Hamilton has served the field of education as a teacher, instructional coach, elementary and secondary principal, and district curriculum director. She is the author/co-author of three Hack Learning books: Hacking Questions (2019) and the newly released Hacking Group Work  (Times 10, 2023). She earned her Ed.S. from Oakland University in Curriculum and Instructional Leadership and has served the field of education as a teacher, instructional coach, principal at both the elementary and secondary levels and district curriculum director.

Connie is known for striking the perfect balance between grounding strategies in research and making them actionable the next day. Often referred to as “The Questioning Guru”, Connie has a unique ability to coach administrators and teachers to guide them through reflection and professional discovery for an amazing PD experience. 

Connie takes a big picture approach when collaborating with districts across the USA to create systems that connect current and new initiatives. Her mission is to consistently build on the knowledge teachers and leaders have and avoid the feeling that they have “one more thing” on their full plates.
